Renique / Operations Assistant
Ms. Renique Lynes is very acquainted with the field of customer care, administration and management. She first started her professional journey at the age of 18 years old, where she worked as a Sales Representative at a then popular clothing store called Sugar Lips formerly known as Thompson Department store, after some time she was promoted to Head Cashier and Warehouse Assistant. Later, Renique gained firsthand experience as a receptionist at Sugar Lips.
After the closure of the store she was able to be versatile and moved on to a few other jobs where she gained further experience in customer care and management. Prior to Renique’s current position she worked at Genistar Administrative Services as a Customer Care Representative and later she was promoted to Office Manager. Renique is now an Operations Assistant, who works closely with the CEO of Dove 103.7fm, Ms. Ysa Valdes. Her job is to assist with the daily business operations, and she is also responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office, she proactively recommends improvements to increase sales performance. She communicates with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency. She also attends to any correspondence and emails by customers and clients.
Renique believes that every good Operations Assistant should be organized, dependable and reliable. She knows and understands the importance of being time efficient and confidential. As an Operations Assistant Renique also knows that being customer service oriented is very important.
Renique’s favourite scripture is Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Her favourite saying is: You won’t die. Which is shorten for, you shall live and not die.
When asked “Why do I love what I do at Dove”? Renique responded by saying, I love what I do at Dove because I get to help with all the moving parts that makes Dove great.
